Hi folks! This weekend I took a little trip! I visited some scenic spots that I’d like to share with you:
So there you have it! A visit to some of my favorite spots, with my Β new friend (won from a very talented and crafty blogger) along for the ride. Munsinger Clemens Botanical GardensΒ (including both the regular flower garden and the rose garden), Lake George, and a few other stops along the way such as my momma’s own very special garden and visits with friends and family! Thanks for reading today! I’m always so happy to have readers out there, and know that not everyone always comments. So now is your moment- stop and say hi to me so I know you’re out there!
And if you haven’t already, enter my yummy yummy GIVEAWAY!
I’ll be back tomorrow with a new fabulous feature and some awesome personal news! Enjoy the remainder of Sunday…
Meri

Such a nice relaxing weekend and wonderful news tonight! I love your pictures as always. Love, MGR
It was delightful, and all non-pictured events as well! Love you mum.
oh my, botanical gardens are my favorite place ever. i love being surrounded by beautiful flowers. π
Pictures don’t really capture the entire space when there are that many flowers and design. Have any favorite botanical gardens for me to visit?
I’m out here! π What lovely pics and seriously, an adorable “friend” that tagged along–ha!
I’m happy you are! and I was very happy to win the ladybug too. Have any ideas for names?
Meri! Your weekend was GORGEOUS! I especially love the Lake George photos…beautiful! π
Thank you! I’m happy to share the beautiful places I was lucky enough to visit!
I want to go to all of those places, they look so lovely and English! They actually make me miss England so much, but I’ve just been oddly “homesick” for it. Even though I’m not from there at all. Can’t wait to see the feature tomorrow!
I was thinking about England, more specifically Windsor Castle, yesterday. It was sort of on my mind, so funny you should mention it! I hope you like the new feature and want to play along too!
That ladybug is CUTE! Did you make it?
haha- I wish! I won it in a giveaway from Emma at “The Cute Octopus” blog. I also won a little mouse from her over the winter- guess I’m lucky!
You should have taken some pictures of the hail that pelted my car outside, hahaha! It was lovely to see you on Saturday my dear, it had been far too long!!
I know- I could have titled the post, “St. Cloud- the good, the bad, the scary…” or something. I hope your car didn’t get any damage! Mine seemed to survive okay. Those flower garden pictures are from like a half an hour after you dropped me off, and it was magically nice again. Bizarre!
Ohhh, you have me intrigued. Excited for your news and new feature!
I’m excited too! I hope you might try it out too sometime once you know what it is π

Well thank you! I definitely need my dose of nature around me, even in the city.
These photos are beautiful! What spectacular spots! It seems you are having a lovely trip. π
I like the atmosphere of the entire place, which unfortunately is pretty hard to capture in a photo without the whole 360. i always feel charmed by botanical gardens and little creatures like butterflies, ducks, birds, etc.
love your little friend!! actually, he looks kind of big?? love the photos as well…i love to photograph flowers.
[oomph.]
He is about 2 1/2 inches long I’d say? I bet you take beautiful flower photos, judging by your usual photography skills!
Beautiful pictures! I’ve never been to Minnesota, but it looks beautiful:)
