Good evening!

It has been the most beautiful saturday in a long time. Date night tonight involves some of this:

and a movie. Earlier this evening, as we sat on the patio enjoying cold drinks and the warm summer air, I told man-go-round that I felt like watching a “good kids movie,” the like of Finding Nemo, Toy Story, Up, Madagascar, or Shrek. He told me he had a copy of Despicable Me, and that’s what we’re about to watch.

My question for all of you, though, is- What are the other “adult friendly” (meaning not lame) kids movies in the past 10 years or so? I’ve seen pitiful few of the Disney, Pixar, and similar films of this kind.

So go on- give me a list of your favorite animated/ “kids” movies to watch!
