Take this with a grain “and” salt

I’m back with a little reprise of last week’s moveable feast. I thought I’d share a few simple dishes I cooked up in the last week for some vegetarian inspiration. They even skew a little towards autumn flavors, so they should prepare you for the upcoming season!

Yum. On this rainy and dark day I am again craving these warm fall flavors. Perhaps tonight will be some concoction of sweet potato and spinach atop some barley or amaranth. Or maybe I’ll make an Amy’s soup and be lazy about it all..
