I just have time for a quick Tasty Tuesday post tonight- to show you all something I saw on Pinterest and then tried a few weeks ago when it was super warm out (80 degrees or better). Since then, its dipped down to the 60s, so I’m not quite ready to make it again yet. But when summer comes for good, I’ll be ready with the easiest frozen treat ever.
I’m talking about frozen yogurt drops. Simply grab a carton of yogurt (I used vanilla dannon, but you could probably try greek yogurt too or any other flavor), drop it in tiny spoonfuls onto a non-stick pan or baking sheet, freeze for an hour or two, and enjoy!
Once you’ve got the “yogurt chips,” you can put them on top of overnight/ cooled off oatmeal, eat them plain to cool off, or try mixing other ingredients in before freezing. Easy, refreshing, fun!
Now if its not cold where you are, go try it!
